We are growing! Great Estimator Project Manager opportunity in plumbing construction.

Acorn Plumbing & Heating (an affiliate of Armistead Mechanical) is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to join our construction team.  Ideal candidate will have a background in plumbing, construction estimating, and project management. Estimate and run plumbing projects from $10,000 and up for commercial offices, medical offices, retail locations, and the hospitality market.  This position is based out of our office in Newburgh, NY.

We are seeking a team player with at least three to five years of plumbing experience.  A combination of prior estimating or project management experience together with a construction degree or other advanced training may be considered.

Job duties include tracking leads and bids, computerized estimating, and managing all phases of project tracking and job costing from start to finish.  Ensure projects are completed on time per contract requirements.  Applicants must be organized, analytical, focused on accuracy and have solid verbal and written communication skills.  Proficiency in MS Office as well as construction software is required.
